Nurturing spiritual growth through community and sustainable living
Our Leadership Team
Spoken Earth Ministries was born from husband-wife founders Ona Martin and Rich Beasley’s shared love for Nature, sustainable systems, holistic health, and helping people. Together, they bring complementary strengths and decades of diverse experience to create a spiritual community where practical wisdom and metaphysical insight work hand-in-hand to support growth and transformation.
Rev. Anne (Ona) Christie Martin
Director & Interfaith Minister
Anne Christie Martin (known as Ona) is a mystic artist and ordained minister through the International Metaphysical Ministry (IMM). As Director of Spoken Earth Ministries, she brings a rich tapestry of life and work experiences that allow her to “connect the dots” and meet people where they are in their spiritual journey.
Coming to ministry with a diverse entrepreneurial background, numerous travels, and over a decade as a freelance business writer, Ona combines practical wisdom with spiritual insight. Her deep interest in sustainable living led her to spend three years raising her two children off-grid in southwest Wisconsin, an experience that strengthened her connection to the earth and its rhythms. Also certified in several energy healing practices, including Reiki III and Level 2 Energy Scan Practitioner, Ona was once described by a client as “spiritual jumper cables.”
Ona believes that to be human is to create, and when we treat Life like a sacred work of Art, we naturally harmonize with the universe. She is the creator of the Spirit Animal Awareness Oracle Card Deck and shares her insights through her YouTube channel, Art of Awakening, where she’s known for her special connection with spirit animals.
As an interfaith minister, Ona loves to point out the universal truths that underlie all religions as well as the natural world. She delights in helping others discover their own divine guidance and expand their vision of what’s possible for them to create in all aspects of their lives.
Join Ona twice monthly for our free, live “Lightworkers’ Café” gatherings, where community members connect, share insights, and support each other’s spiritual growth. These welcoming virtual meetups offer a space to explore metaphysical concepts in a friendly, inclusive environment. Check the events calendar for upcoming dates and join our community of light workers and spiritual seekers.
Rich Beasley, MBA
Advisory Director & Business Consultant
Rich Beasley brings a wealth of practical business experience and entrepreneurial wisdom to his role at Spoken Earth Ministries. With an MBA and decades of hands-on business development experience, Rich offers valuable guidance to purpose-driven entrepreneurs looking to build sustainable enterprises.
Rich started his college career in divinity school. His commitment to integrity was evident early on when he took a stand as a whistleblower against corruption at his college. This led him to redirect his studies to environmental science, ultimately working as a watershed manager for several years after graduation before his entrepreneurial spirit took flight.
Over the years, Rich has successfully launched and operated numerous businesses across diverse industries, including a thriving venture as one of the largest producers of bearded dragons in the U.S. His industry-disrupting approach to his current business, U.P. Home Inspection LLC, has resulted in phenomenal growth in a challenging industry and location since its startup during the Covid pandemic.
A natural advisor whom others instinctively turn to for business and life wisdom, Rich is appreciated for his candor and humor. He combines his business acumen with a solid understanding of metaphysical principles, offering a grounded perspective that helps bridge the gap between inspired vision and practical implementation.
